Your latest console has a new option to Resend an order that has already been processed and sent to your ERP. This may be required if your ERP had any issues originally importing the order.
To resend an order, go to Troubleshooting/Order Integration on your console.
Locate the order that you wish to resend, select the line and right-click.
You will be offered an option to resend the order. Simply select and we look after the rest!
